Route Manager Job Description

The Route Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with an assigned route of customers provided by Suburban Supply. This role serves as the primary liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring satisfaction with products and services while driving business growth. Route managers are responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory for their customers as well as maintenance actions related to customer dish machines and dispensing equipment. Route managers are also encouraged to identify opportunities for sales growth within existing accounts as well as pursuing new business.
